Privacy Policy

Effective June 23, 2026 · Last updated June 23, 2026

Draft for review. This is a working draft prepared to meet Google verification and US state-law baselines. Have it reviewed against your final data practices before publishing. It is not legal advice.

Aether Dynamic Solutions LLC (“Aether,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at pathirion.com and provides cybersecurity risk-assessment services to small and medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or create an account, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy covers information we handle as a controller — that is, our own website visitors and account holders. It does not cover the business data a customer submits to us for a risk assessment; that data is handled as a processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the customer.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, which we receive when you sign in using Google (we request only basic profile information: name, email, and a unique identifier).
  • Billing information — when you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as plan, amount, and status) but do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data — your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected automatically when you use the website.
  • Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or by email.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data) about our website users.

2. Google sign-in and Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile information — your name, email address, and Google account identifier — solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other restricted Google data.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide and secure the sign-in feature, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use your information

  • Create, authenticate, and manage your account;
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and website;
  • Process payments and send billing-related messages;
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • Monitor for security, prevent fraud, and protect our systems; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) — vendors that help us run the service, such as our cloud hosting provider, payment processor (Stripe), analytics provider, and email provider. They may process your data only on our instructions.
  • Legal and safety — authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aether, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the website functions.

6. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or security reasons. Usage logs are typically retained for around 12 months.

7. How we protect your information

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
  • Access or receive a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@pathirion.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, no opt-out of sale is needed.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where we operate

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
